An exciting opportunity as a Financial analyst supporting the execution of M&A, debt and equity capital, and restructuring transactions focused on the Chilean market.

Performing industry analysis, financial modelling, and valuations, preparing power point presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and participating in due diligence, data room preparation and management, and other deal-related activities

Manage the modelling and analysis of new solar power plant M&A opportunities, financings and refinancing, and preparation of presentation for the different stakeholders.

Evaluating the merits of potential transactions and providing scenario analyses and performance optimization suggestions using insights gained from the analysis to maximize the financial performance of each project.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
•Experience within financial modelling of renewable energy projects or similar business.
•Prior transaction experience with a leading commercial or investment bank, investor, developer of utility scale renewable energy projects, or energy sector equipment manufacturer.
•Strong quantitative aptitude, with an extremely high level of attention to detail and willingness to assume ownership of work product.
•Highly driven, proactive and flexible - willing to work as required to meet demands of project teams located in different time zones.
•Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively and cross-culturally
